Trees are poems are a serie of small diptych paintings painted with oil and acryl on wood.

The tree here is the starting point of my paintings, and I combine it into my inner world. Tree with its roots and branches picture my emotional life, my dreams and visions, and the way I look at the world. Also the tree here reflects climate cahnge and history.
Throughout times and cultures trees have been carrying different meanings. A tree as a symbol represents growth and life itself. As a holy tree, its roots are grounded and branches reach out to the sky to form a symmetrical image. Tree represents growth and life itself, as a holy tree.
